Cozy Fall Babywearing!

Well, it's official--it's chilly out there! It's definitely time to crack out sweaters and jackets when you head outdoors. We're feeling it here in Victoria--the furnace is turning on, the fires are getting used, socks and slippers are being worn...

Having a nice piece of babywearing gear to help keep you and your little one cozy would be pretty nice, right?

You know what might make that even better? If it was free. Well, I'd like to make that happen for a couple of you!

Enter to win a lovely Boba Vest! All you have to do is leave a comment here and tell me where you're from and what keeps you babywearing all winter long.

You have to tell me where you're from, because this contest is open to both CANADIAN and AMERICAN customers. (I am very sorry I couldn't find a way to make this contest feasible internationally. I will try to host an international one soon!) Not only is it open to both countries, we will have two winners, one from each...

So tell me, where are you from? What keeps you babywearing all winter long?

I babywear all winter long because it's cozy, hands-free snuggles. I do wish I had a little squish to enjoy this winter... I miss soft wraps layered around us. Unfortunately, miss Jocelyn is not a fan of wrapping, but loves the TULA Toddler. Girl's got some real specific taste. Maybe next year I can have a squish.

Again, answer both questions here on our blog to enter to win a Boba Vest in YOUR SIZE!
Open to Canadian and American friends and fans.
Questions are:
Where are you from (country)?
What keeps you babywearing all winter long?

One entry per person. Contest closes November 30 at midnight PST.

Winner will be contacted via e-mail so use the e-mail you check the most (you MUST leave an e-mail when you comment!).

Winner will have 24 hours to contact us to claim their prize, if no contact is made we will select again using a random number generator.

I am in Ontario, I love BW in the winter because my little snuggler keeps us both warm <3

We are from Victoria, BC, Canada. We baby wear all year because it’s so much more convent than trying to take a stroller everywhere. My LO likes being up where she can see everything and it makes it so much easier to chase her sister around.

hi! I am in Canada (okanagan) and it sure is chilly!!!! My boba hoody helps keep my little guy warm when I wrap him on my front, and my winter jacket insert helps extend my warm jacket to keep
Us both warm! I need to baby wear cause both 1 year old and 3 year old love the winter… Unfortunately this mama doesn’t so much ;) haha wearing them makes walks to the park a little easier than dredging through the snow pushing a stroller!!!

I am from vancouver island Canada . We baby wear everyday with our tula. It gets chilly here as it is very windy because we are right by the ocean. My daughter has asthma so when it gets to cold she has a hard time walking too much because the cold wind makes her cough . The perfect excuse to keep my baby girl close and warm …we love the island its soo beautiful here .

  • Betty - November 29, 2014

I love baby wearing because it’s way easier than getting babe in and out of stroller and with high traffic areas I feel she is safer closer to me. I’m from Edmonton, ab.

I’m from Victoria, B.C! As a mum of three, I will babywear this winter as I need both hands free for my older monsters. Also, I know how fast it goes and I want to max out the snuggles with this little guy before he wants to get down and chase his brothers around!

  • Sarah - November 27, 2014

I am from Canada (Angus, Ontario to be specific) I can not go anywhere without my toddler tula. My son just turned to so even if he starts walking around he always gets tired (or bored) and ends up wanting up, winter is not exception. I have a winter babywearing coat but it is such a hassel to take out the fleece when i only need the fleece and then try and put it back in when we need the outer shell. Having this vest would help me so much. Thank you so much for offering this giving away. Good luck to everyone!

  • Melissa - November 27, 2014

  • Kristi - November 24, 2014

Babywearing in the winter keeps us both warm and cozy and allows me to run after my older daughter in the rain (and little bit of snow) we get in Vancouver Canada… :)
